After some reflecting and a talk with an old friend, I decided to abandon my politics and stop talking about it and making political art. I now realize politics has been hurting my mental health too much, and its giving me unessecary stress. I also now know that I dont necessarily have to be constantly reminded of the doom and gloom of our world. I'll just continue my regular behaviors on the Web, no politics.

Sounds good. I don't think anything needs to be finite - topics and interests come and go all the time - but it's good to not dive too deep into the negatives at least...
I still consider myself edgy but will avoid any topic that will hurt my mental health if I focus on it too much.

With the exception of some arts, because as messed up as it sounds, a lot of art does rely heavily on the major woes (Religion, Politics Etc.), I am no longer doing politics either. I'm not gonna even talk about any politician in passing, because it's the attention they crave the most.
Your article is great. I believe politics also destroys families, couples, friendships, and posses. I have a couple of friends who have different opinions than me. Yet I still like them. I’m glad I escaped the hole. Had I not, I’d probs be a Twitter girl.
